- All arrangements for this service are made remotely via telephone and email only
- The day and time of the Cremation will be determined by the Crematorium
- This service cannot be altered in any way, shape or form
- You are responsible for the completion of Births Deaths & Marriages Information
- You are responsible for notifying Centrelink and Medicare You are responsible for applying for a Registered Death Certificate via Service NSW
- Payment for this service is required upon booking via Credit Card or Direct Debit
